At her boutique gin distillery in Richmond, Melbourne, Brogan has a way of doing things a little differently. Brogan Carr, former scientist turn distiller uses a mix of art, science, and intuition to distil moments into flavours, creating a gin for the mood and moment you’re in. Brogan has an incredible ability to extract her scientific knowledge on different botanicals to create complex, diverse, and yet beautifully balanced gins. Every ingredient has a purpose – to make the moment more memorable. The way it should be.
Ticket includes 3 cocktails made with the Limited Edition Passionfruit Gin Liqueur, cocktail making demonstrations, finger food and tastings of Brogan’s Way products.
